What are Pre-Orders?

When placing a Pre-Order for Eccentrix Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. By providing this information and agreeing to the terms you are hereby authorizing the information is correct and the transaction can be completed. You are able to update contact and mailing information up until November 1st by sending an e-mail to hello@eccentrix.com. Orders will begin shipping on November 15th so no shipping address changes will be allowed on pre orders on and after that date. 


Orders placed by October 15th, 2022  are expected to ship between November 15th and November 23rd. We will make efforts to begin delivering your products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Eccentrix does not guarantee, represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. 

You will be charged the full price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order. If Eccentrix is unable to commence shipping the Products on or before two months after you placing the Pre-Order, Eccentrix shall process a full refund to you. Your placing of a Pre-order constitutes your express agreement to Eccentrix  of charging the full Price of the Products at the time of your order being placed to the account provided.

How long is shipping?

Shipping On In Stock Orders :

Processing takes 1-3 business days and shippings takes 5-7 business days. You can choose an expedited shipping option.

Shipping On Pre Orders :

What are the refund policies?

Once you place your order, your order is final, non­cancelable and non refundable, except as specified in these terms and the applicable terms of sale.
We do not accept returns or refunds for any hair care products. If you experience any issues with Eccentrix raw hair you have 14 days to email customer care at hello@eccentrix.com for a refund or replacement.

Raw hair must be intact and photo evidence must be provided in order to be approved for a refund by Eccentrix.  It is our sole discretion, to allow a refund if approved your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of such cancellation request being received and approved.

How do I care for my eccentrixRAW extensions?

Shampoo & Deep Condition your extension before installation.

We recommend using our Hydrating Shampoo & Conditoner.

Make sure that you comb through your extension throughly before shampooing to avoid tangling.

We recommend you do not cut the wefts. It will lead to shedding.

You can color your eccentrixRAW extensions. It is 100% unprocessed hair. We do suggest you seek a professional to color your bundles to keep the quality of the hair.

Our raw hair can last up to a year+ with proper care and can be reused.
